England are winning!

And my UCAS application has been sent, now to start receiving some rejections (or acceptances, but the first is more likely)

Where else you applying too.

I've got two courses at Staffordshire, two at Chester, De Montford (on your advice) and Huddersfield.

But I've not got a chance of getting in their, 8th best Uni in the country and all that.

Staffs is my first choice closely followed by Huddersfield (£50 bar voucher with your accomodation, now that's my sort of deal Very Happy)

Something like the 8th best...

I've not even been to look at any Uni's infact the only Uni I've ever seen was Warwick when I went to that LMT gig and for half the time I was drunk/hungover and only went in the halls and union.

might be a wise idea to check them out? it may be far, but the location and whether you like the town is pretty vital to the uni experience.

Probably should but it costs loads to get over and I only get 30% of the travel fees back of the Government. I'll just wing it, I've been to Stoke before and it looked nice enough.

buzzcocks in 8 minutes!

and Lispymcscouse isn't a lecturer - fortunately. i'd have to hang myself. she is a very squeaky little twat with a very strong scouse accent, lisp and a high opinion of herself which is entirely undeserved. She likes to make loud random unnecessary comments in the middle of lectures. I have so far managed to restrain myself to just muttering "shut the fuck up" under my breath, but i swear, one of these days, it's getting shouted...
